Twittad is another free service that will help you make some money simply by using Twitter. Twittad allows you to set a price you would like for advertisers to place an advertisement on your Twitter user profile. They help find and match advertisers with your Twitter profile. I have just recently signed up for this service myself and will pot an update about this program later after some initial results.
Additionally, if you are looking to promote your business and websites on Twitter, you can use these same two services - beamagpie and twittad- to broadcast your advertisements to other Twitter users.
This may sound amazing and also unrealistic but the truth is that it is possible and many people are using a simple system to get several thousands of new Twitter followers in 30 days.
